Beginning of Villa Marina?A few words about how it has started.
Villa Marina - a builders' dream of a house.
Those who read The Pillars of the Earth are very familiar of a story of an architect wanting to build a cathedral. Our story is very similar.
My father, Ivan, owns a local construction company. Nothing big, small company of him and few workers doing job mostly in Bol. His dream was to build a family house in Bol since we are a big family of 5. Mother Marina, sister Ivana and little brother Marin. And there's me, Tonci.
Villa Marina, an apartment building in Bol is his dream.
Villa Marina is a family business and we treat our guests as a family. Chances are that you'll try our homemade vegetables from the garden, taste local wine and olive oil and maybe even take something home with you.
So if you decide to book with us, chances are that I (Tonci) will be doing most of the email correspondence. Before you get here, Marina and Ivana will clean your apartment, maybe with a little help from Marin. And if we agree to have dinner together, father Ivan will probably do all the barbecue work.

We try to make every guest feel special and we do our best over and over again. If you decide to stay with us and need help on getting from Supetar or from Brac airport to Bol - don't worry. We can organize it for you.
Want to go on a boat trip? Maybe visit island Hvar or some remote bay few miles from Bol - we have it all covered. We will do our best so you can really enjoj your stay in our apartments in Bol.

Sports in Bol Croatia
- Windsurfing is a major sport in Bol. It is so because west wind (Maestral) is perfect for surfers. Every year Bol hosts many windsurfing tournaments
- Tennis is also major part of Bol sport offer. Currently Bol has more than 25 clay courts available for play. During the year there are plenty small tournaments held.
- Mountainbike is a great way to stay fit and to explore island Brač. There are numerous tracks available in Bol area.
- There are many other sports that can be played while your stay in Bol. Futsal, table-tennis, beach voleyball, watersports and may others.
